ADI maintains a national 800 number (answered by humans -- no voice mail) to coordinate service problems and keep them to a minimum. ADI also eliminates another warranty problem by tracking all serial numbers and purchase dates of each and every unit you purchase. Any person that answers the phone at ADI is empowered to take care of the problem. We feel this is an area too vital to your business to leave for the factory to handle.

ADI also maintains a kitchen and does it's own product and menu development.
