Model 610 Convection Oven

This versatile unit is designed to accommodate half-size sheet pans or full-size steam table pans. The extra space in this unit allows browning more convenience foods in a single batch. Like other Wisco convection ovens, the 610 circulates super-hot air to penetrate food quickly. Ideal for preparing a wide range of convenience foods - from pizza to chicken and from muffins to cookies.
